What I really appreciated was how thoroughly she explained everything in both my home and auto policies. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I never felt rushed, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She even explained how switching homeowners insurance would work with my mortgage escrow account, which was something I was concerned and confused about.

Melissa followed up with me afterward to make sure all of the information gathered initially was correct and offered to clarify any questions or concerns I still had. I thought that was outstanding. It is not very often anymore that you get that kind of follow-up and personal service.

I also really like having a local State Farm office where I can actually stop by and speak with someone in person when I need help. That is something I did not have with my previous insurance company, and it makes a big difference.

Overall, the entire process of switching my home and auto insurance was much easier than I expected. I saved money, understood my coverage better, and felt like they actually took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly.
