"Hi Dave. We looked into our records and couldn't find a customer by your name and last initial. We also could not recall a customer in the past few months that was upset about inaccurate withdrawals. We would love the opportunity to review your bill and help explain it. Rates and withdrawal amounts only change if a policy change was made or perhaps at renewal. It is our office policy to return all calls and emails by end of day, and we strictly adhere to twice a week trainings - for 17 years straight. Additionally, Sydney and Bobbie who handle our billing have been long term employees for many years at my office. I have a tenured team, with every team member being licensed.
